Each OEM number corresponds to a fixed car model, year, engine type and assembly size for automotive control cables and auto filters. With the OEM code, we can confirm the exact length, connector size, filter dimension and installation structure to avoid wrong fitting for your target vehicles.

Without the OEM number, we cannot judge whether the part fits your required vehicle. Producing parts based only on vague descriptions will easily lead to size mismatch, assembly failure and customer complaints after delivery.

Our production molds are developed strictly according to original OEM sizes. Providing OEM numbers helps us quickly find the matching mold, ensure consistent product shape and performance same as original auto spare parts.

We fully understand buyers’ demand for small trial orders, yet we have to set a reasonable minimum order quantity based on actual production costs:

Fixed production startup cost
Each batch requires machine debugging, mold setup, raw material cutting and first-piece inspection. These fixed labor & machine costs will be shared by all products in one order. For tiny orders, the unit cost will surge sharply, and the price will be uncompetitive for both sides.

Raw material procurement limit
Steel wire, filter paper, rubber and plastic accessories are purchased in bulk from our suppliers. We cannot buy raw materials in tiny separate batches for ultra-small orders, which will cause material waste and extra loss.

Packaging & inspection cost
Export cartons, logo printing and full quality inspection also generate fixed fees. The cost proportion for small orders becomes too high, making the finished product price unacceptable for buyers.
We still support small trial orders under negotiable conditions:
- Mix different models of automotive control cables or auto filters to reach the minimum MOQ together;
- Accept higher unit price for separate small trial batches.

All quotations are calculated based on production cost, raw material consumption, packaging cost and processing standards, so we have to confirm 3 core information first:
- Order Quantity
The unit price changes greatly with order volume. Large bulk orders can reduce raw material procurement cost and production setup loss, so we can offer a more favorable unit price. Small trial orders will have relatively higher unit cost due to separate mold opening and machine adjustment.
- Packaging Standard
Different packaging ways have different costs: neutral export carton, color printed box, plastic bag with logo, pallet packing, etc. Custom printed packaging requires extra plate making fee, which will affect the total quotation.
- Quality & Technical Standard
- For automotive control cables: raw material grade (galvanized steel / stainless steel), tensile standard, anti-rust treatment.
- For auto filters: filter paper grade, rubber seal standard, dust holding capacity.
Higher quality standards require premium raw materials and stricter inspection procedures, which will lead to different pricing.

- T/T Bank Transfer: 30% deposit to start mass production, balance against the copy of Bill of Lading before shipment.

- In-stock standard cables: 7-15 working days after deposit received.
- Customized OEM/ODM cables: 15–31 working days based on quantity and mold schedule.
- Sea Freight: Low cost for bulk orders, transit time 25–40 days by destination port.
- Air Freight: Fast bulk delivery, transit time 7–12 days.

Warranty Scope
- Faults caused by raw material flaws or production errors are covered for free replacement.

If you receive faulty items, please take clear photos or videos within 7 days after receiving cargo and send them to our customer service. We will confirm the problem and arrange re-production, replacement or compensation for you.
