- Outer Protective Tube Material
High-quality cables adopt wear-resistant PVC or rubber outer sleeves, which can resist mud, dust, high temperature and corrosion under complex road conditions. Low-grade thin plastic sleeves will crack quickly after long-term vibration, leading to internal steel wire rust and cable failure. All AKzen auto cables use thickened anti-aging rubber sleeves for long service life.
- Internal Steel Wire Structure
We use multi-strand galvanized steel wire inside each cable. The dense weaving structure ensures flexible pulling without breakage, and galvanization effectively avoids rust in rainy or humid areas. Inferior cables use thin single-strand wire, easy to snap after frequent use.
- End Fitting Craftsmanship
The metal connectors at both ends of the cable determine stable installation. AKzen adopts integrated compression molding technology to make fittings tightly combined with cables, no loose fall-off during vehicle operation. Many cheap cables have loose joints that cause control failure easily.
- Lubrication Inside The Tube
Sufficient high-temperature grease inside the casing reduces friction between steel wire and outer tube, lowering pulling resistance and extending service cycle. Our production line adds standard lubricant to every finished cable before packaging.
